Your almost there all there. This package will help you finish up all your own hands on planning with our guidance. You have already gone ahead and booked the perfect venue and started connecting or contracting with some of your vendors. Let us help you create the day of your dreams. We will give you tips and help wherever possible with vendor referrals and DIY projects.  Are you still struggling with decor and styling, we can assist you  with finding various decor pieces to accent and finalize your look.  We will work with you  leading up to the big day keeping you on track. Includes a complimentary consultation.

All items included in the Day of Coordination and Final Month Package

This package includes Principal or Associate Planner and one day of assistant.

Two to three meetings (up to six hours )

One site visit of both the wedding and the reception venues to go over set up (up to two hours)

Unlimited contact via email and text

Contract review and negotiation

Review of Rentals order

Assistance in securing quotes, managing contracts for up to three vendors (transportation, florist, photographer, cake etc.)  and attend two to three vendor visits (4 hours) (florist, decorator, caterer etc.).

Vendor referrals (you will receive our preferred vendor list) for vendors we do not help you with

We will load your venue or space into All Seated  a collaboration network for planning events that enables you to design floor plans, manage guest lists, and create seating charts.

Your own personalized hub utilizing Aisle Planner that allows you to track your budget, room layout, guests and create a wedding website

All Partial planning clients will receive our Month – by Month Planning checklist.

Add on: Decor teardown service. We will pack up all your decor items* and return them to you the next day within the GVRD (extra charge will apply for delivery to the valley.

*decor items must be lightweight and manageable by one person (limit of twenty pounds)
