If you want something different from a traditional funeral church service to commemorate your loved one, we can help you plan a Celebration of Life. You may want to reminisce with slide shows and music, pay tribute with speeches from friends, or perhaps you may want a close gathering over a Sunday brunch – this event is entirely up to you, we are here to guide you in this journey of making it happen.

A Celebration of Life is a time to come together to celebrate the unique personality and achievements of your loved one; it is an opportunity to tell a story and a chance to remember and cherish the life lived. Let us guide you during this difficult time to help celebrate and honour your loved one.

We can help you plan the program, create a schedule, and connect with the services required. Choosing a suitable venue, food, music and décor elements can feel overwhelming at a time like this, we are here to help you take care of all the little details.

She coordinated the set up, ordering supplies such as table cloths, serving items and catering. Some of the family wanted to bring special food items as well so she organized everything on site. Once the funeral was over and we made our way to the reception, family and friends didn’t have to do a thing, it was all organized. Coffee was ready. Basic Package – $1199

With this package, our goal is to make this day as easy for you as possible. The Basic Package includes the following:

• In-person consultation.
• We will help you plan the program and create a schedule.
• We will help arrange for the rental of a video projector and the screen for the service.
• We will provide, setup and operate our sound system with a wireless microphone (Total PA™ All-In-One Bluetooth Loudspeaker) ; using the playlist that you provide for music.
• If you have a PowerPoint or a video presentation, we can play it on your laptop through the projector onto our screen with sound through our sound system.
• We will be happy to put the coffee on for you and set out food that you provide.
• We will set up tables and put up décor items that you provide.
• Based on a four hour event.
• Principle and Assistant on site

Add a celebrant to the Basic Package

We work with a number of local celebrants who can meet with you and create a personalized service that will represent your loved one. They can lead the service by introducing speakers, music and video presentations.

Add a Video Presentation to the Basic Package

We can take your pictures and memories and create a custom video presentation ( we can determine the format that will work best for you) .

Full Package

Let us do all the planning. With this package, you can be assured that all the details will be taken care of. We have tried to include everything you will need but all packages are fully customizable. The Full Package includes the following:

• In-person consultation.
• Finding the right venue for you or work with a space you have in mind, such as your church or home.
• We will coordinate with one of our excellent catering companies for all your food and beverage needs. (You may need to obtain a Special Occasion Licence for liquor service)
• We work with some great florists who will create exactly what you need. A basic flower package is included.
• We arrange any rentals required such as tables, chairs, glasses, dishes, and even a tent if you need one.
• If you choose your own home as the venue, we can arrange a housekeeper to clean your home before and after. We can also arrange to have staff on hand to serve your own food and help with keeping things tidy.
• We will help you plan the program and create a schedule.
• We will provide and operate professional audio and video projector and screen for the service with a qualified technician on site.
• We will provide, setup and operate our sound system, podium with wireless microphone. We can play music that will reflect the style and personality of your gathering; a professional DJ will provide the music.
• If you have a PowerPoint or video presentation, we can play it on your laptop through the projector onto our screen with sound through our sound system for your event.
• We will be happy to put the coffee on for you and set out food that you provide.
• We will set up tables and put out décor items.
• We will provide a customized printed program for your guests.

*This package does not include the cost of rental items (such as chair, tables, dish-ware, cutlery, glasses, tents, etc.), food, beverages and decor items.

Add a celebrant to the Full Package
