You decide what level of service you require and together we make plans for the next steps.
Whether you desire an intimate reception or a no-holds-barred mega-bash, we can take care of all aspects of your event, from venue to logistics, from catering to decor. All on time and within budget. We can arrange the , decor, catering, set-up, take-down, and all the special touches that will make your party unique and memorable.
Services in the plans below are for the planning and execution of your event only. Included is vendor research (catering, decorators bar service, DJ, entertainers etc.), and contract negotiation, timeline creation and day of event onsite execution for time indicated and includes principle planner and an assistant.
Basic Party Planning and Execution $949
- We are happy to work inside your home or in a hall or banquet location that you select.
- Source and facilitate contracts with up to three Vendors ( catering, décor rentals, music, photography, lighting, cake, tent).
- Coordinate rentals (linens, specialty linens, tables, dishes etc)*
- Coordinate with all vendors on timing and arrangements.*
- Event Styling ( help develop décor and personal décor set up).*
- Principle Planner and assistant on site for up to 4 hours (including set up time).**
- Pick up of some small local items (decorations, ice etc)
- Use of our sound system to play your own playlist

- * Up to 8 hours total research and planning time pre event
- ** We are happy to stay on site past 4 hours for $50 per hour.
Add On Site Visit If we need to visit the site and take measurements etc. $50
Add on : Decor teardown service. We will pack up all your decor items* and return them to you the next day within the GVRD (extra charge will apply for delivery to the valley).$349
**decor items must be lightweight and manageable by one person (limit of twenty pounds)
Party Planning and Execution Plus $2499
- Principle Planner and assistant on site for up to 8 hours (including set up). We will work throughout to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays tidy.
- Help with venue selection, Includes a site visit prior to the event.
- Custom floor Plan for your event.
- Source and facilitate contracts with all necessary Vendors ( catering, décor rentals, music, photography, lighting, cake, tent).
- Create a customized production schedule for your event. Coordinate with all vendors on timing and arrangements.
- Event Styling ( help develop décor and personal décor set up).
- Pick up of some small local items (decorations, ice etc).
- The small print
- ** We are happy to stay on site past 8 hours for $50 per hour. * Up to 12 hours total research and planning time pre event.
