This Package includes all items in the Day of Final Month Coordination ($1200 value)
Total of three to four meetings (up to eight hours)
Unlimited emails, text and phone calls
Venue sourcing and Selection including quotes, site visits and reviewing and negotiating contracts (up to four venue choices)
We have over 75 unusual and interesting venues we would love to share with you.
- We are happy to investigate possible venues you have found
- We will always arrange to do a venue visit prior to the wedding and do a walk through with you do discuss how your vison will come to reality.
Assistance in securing quotes, managing contracts vendors (transportation, florist, photographer, cake etc.) and attend three to five vendor visits (eight hours) (florist, decorator, caterer etc.).
Vendor referral
- We have a great network of vendors who will provide you with amazing service at a reasonable rate. We are happy to connect you with them and are more than happy to set up meetings and negotiate contracts. We will also share our preferred vendor list with you.
We will load your venue or space into All Seated a collaboration network for planning events that enables you to design floor plans, manage guest lists, and create seating charts.
Budget Creation and Management
- We will make sure that you stay on track and remind you when a payment is due.
Theme and concept development and execution – styling
- We will provide suggestions on theme and recommend ways to achieve the theme you are looking for. We have some inventory and a few great décor vendors that we work with that we would be happy to recommend.
- Decor placement i.e. registration table, gift table, place cards and guest take aways.
